    Master in Public Policy candidate, Nazarbayev University. Researcher focused on energy transition in Kazakhstan and Central Asia. Member of SDSN Youth Kazakhstan.
  • Symbat Ibadulla
    Research Assistant at SDSN Kazakhstan and second-year Master in Public Policy student at the Graduate School of Public Policy, Nazarbayev University. As part of the SDGnexus Network Project, she contributes to comparative studies on water governance, including global analysis of water codes and groundwater regulation. Her broader academic interests focus on water law, governance, and diplomacy.
  • Saltanat Oral
    A second-year Master in Public Policy candidate at Nazarbayev University. She holds a BA in Political Science and International Relations from NU. As part of the SDGnexus Network Project, she researches intergenerational equity and climate change. Her interests include international relations, sustainable development, and public policy.
